Caribbean Park is a truly
visionary destination unlike

Natural green spaces, an 80 acre lake and landscaped gardens sit alongside a fresh produce market, cafés and transport connections at the door.

Caribbean Park currently comprises over 200,000sqm+ of buildings, fully owned by the Spooner family. The masterplan for a new commercial office precinct is planned for the balance of the family’s land holdings, which in time will deliver over 40 buildings or 230,000+sqm. Importantly, the Spooner family intends to hold all assets at Caribbean Park inter-generationally.

By providing a healthy and inspiring environment, Caribbean Park is delivering a workplace that is more productive. Beyond the manicured lawns and lakeside views, the developing integrated landscaping zones allows for taking meeting outside. Wi-Fi enabled parkland will also allow the workforce to stay connected in the fresh air.

At lunchtime, staff can keep fit and maintain wellbeing with a walk, run or ride, with end-of-trip facilities back at the office, a gym is also planned in future stages. Everything has been considered to promote good health and increased efficiency.
